Wellington Station upgrade

Wrekin MP, Mark Pritchard, has welcomed the announcement that Wellington Station will be fully-accessible, having secured a share of £300 million set aside for improving disabled access to public transport.

Mark Pritchard, MP for The Wrekin, has showed his support for disabled people at a parliamentary event organised by the disability charity, Scope.

The event followed the launch of Scope’s Disability Price Tag Report, which reveals the extra costs faced by disabled people every month.

Telford child sexual exploitation inquiry

Wrekin MP, Mark Pritchard and Telford MP, Lucy Allan, met with the Police Minister, Nick Hurd MP, and Victoria Atkins MP, the Minister for Safeguarding, to discuss the "lack of sufficient progress" into the Borough of Telford & Wrekin's independent inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation.
